Andrea Henley dead and obituary, Lakewood Ranch, Florida death

Andrea A. Messimer-Henry 10 February 1972 – 28 December 2022 After a brief illness, Andrea of Lakewood Ranch, Florida passed away on Wednesday, December 28, 2022. She graduated from Columbia Central High School in 1990 and pursued her education at Ferris State University and Speth Howard Broadcasting Institute.
Andrea has had a successful career in outdoor advertising, beginning with a local opportunity at Adams Outdoor and a meteoric rise that propelled her to the top of the national stage and garnered her the coveted MVP award for the entire company’s outdoor media from CBS. Google Analytics named her the most influential person in the online industry, and she is one of the most prominent figures in her field.
She has written numerous influential articles for publications, conducted interviews with executives in her field, and is frequently interviewed face-to-face by industry media to gauge the industry’s pulse. In addition to her extensive advertising career with industry titans such as Adams Outdoor and Clear Channel, Andrea has been an Anytime Fitness franchise proprietor for the past nine years.
Her heart is as big as her smile, and she always makes those around her feel cherished and comfortable. Her greatest accomplishment is raising Emma, her daughter and closest friend, whom she adores to completion. Andrea has the ability to make others feel better. She adores dogs and children and delights in making others giggle. Jim Henley, her devoted husband and biggest fan, and their daughter Emma will mourn her terribly.
Andrea also leaves behind her loving family, including John and Caroline Messimer, Marisa and Dennis Hoffman, Carrie and Kirk Thompson, Greg Messimer, James Henry Sr., Jeff and Tricia Sanders, Chris Wood, their nieces and nephews, their cherished boy, and everyone else she cherished. Her mother Gwen and mother-in-law Jenny passed away before her. A Celebration of Life for Florida Family and Friends will be held on January 7, 2023 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at Bayside Community Church Lakewood Ranch Campus, 15800 SR-64, Bradenton, FL 34212. A Celebration of Life and Luncheon will be held for family and friends in Michigan on Saturday, January 14, 2023 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm in the Ballroom, 1st Floor, Federal Commerce Center, 20 East Washington Boulevard, Jackson, MI 49201. The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Emma’s education fund (see below).
