A female flight attendant has offered her top safety advice to prevent hotel room break-ins for nervous tourists.

Cici, 51, of Florida, who goes by the name @cici.inthesky on social media, regularly shares safety tips because she believes that room break-ins occur more frequently than people realize.

The travel pro demonstrates how to use an ironing board as a makeshift burglar deterrent in one of her TikTok videos.

‘You can just take your ironing board and lean it up against the door and “bam,” if somebody attempts to enter, you will hear it loud and clear,’ she adds.
