The unknown woman looked to be frozen in place on a busy street in the UK in the short footage, which has received over 5 million views.

“She was like that for a minute before,” read the text over the unusual video, which was submitted on TikTok user unknown1575489. The footage showed an unnamed woman going down the sidewalk in white slacks and a black long-sleeved shirt, seemingly stuck in time.

Her legs appeared to be in mid-stride, and her arms hung strangely at her sides. Her lengthy ponytail appeared to be stalled as well. “Why is she frozen?” the person filming inquired, honing in on her. “Bruh, I’m tripping.”

As the stunned videographer shouted, “What the f**k?” the woman resumed her walk. In the video’s caption, he added, “NPC caught lacking.”

Thousands of TikTok users were perplexed by the unusual video in the comments.
